We use the Brazilian Lymphatic drainage technique which is a hands on experience, an entirely manual, gentle massage that improves lymphatic and blood circulation. By applying the right pressure and rhythmic strokes, the fluid and toxin collection can be shifted. Manual Lymphatic drainage massage has become a popular form of massage due to its potential health benefits. This procedure consists of a gentle massage technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system, making it work quicker. Thus, it helps the body to eliminate toxins, acting as antioxidants, in the reduction of edemas and oxygenation of tissues. By improving lymphatic flow, this technique aids in reducing the appearance of cellulite and helps target stubborn localized fat deposits. Lymphatic drainage helps eliminate fluid retention, aids relaxation and well-being. It not only provides physiological and aesthetic benefits but also promotes great relaxation due to the gentle rhythm of the massage. Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. It stimulates lymph vessel contraction, facilitating drainage of the connective tissues and helps to drain the lymph back to the main circulation system. It also boosts the immune system. Rhythmic and slow strokes move fluid from the lymphatic vessels back to the main blood circulation, reducing many kinds of edemas. Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment. For some treatments we do charge a deposit on booking due to the therapists time and equipment being utilized for that time period. Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a % of the treatment cost cancellation fee and for treatments where a deposit is paid, the deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.
