How does it work?​​
A single Procell treatment creates hundreds of thousands of microchannels. In response to each micro-injury, an inflammatory healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen. Over time the repeated healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen. The repeated healing process improves the surface texture and overall appearance of the skin.​

A serum containing human growth factors & Hyaluronic Acid (two things naturally found in the skin) is applied during & after to boost growth & minimize downtime.

What's in the serum?​​
ProCell serums contain growth factors derived from human bone marrow suspended in hyaluronic acid.These are both naturally occurring in the human body. Notably, the serum is free from human, animal, or plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances, making it a safe, ethical & efective for skincare use. Delivery Serum provides faster results with shorter recovery time. The main powerhouse in Procell serum is Stem Cytokines, which supports cellular renewal. When applied to the skin, the skin mimics the effect of having more stem cells. We lose most of these stem cells as we age. By middle age only a few percent remain compared to our youth and the remaining ones are less robust. The serum has potent regenerating properties to improve skin firmness, elasticity and tone.
How long before I can expect to see results?​​
New collagen production can take several weeks but many of our clients report having tighter, brighter & more glowing skin within the first week after treatment. We recommend 2-3 treatments for bolder results which results in thicker more robust, collagen filled cellular cells. And 6 or more treatments may be recommended for scarring, laxity and wrinkles for noticeable results. It's time to get your skin glowing!​

What can I expect after the treatment?​
Post-procedure, most people report a “tight” feeling in their skin. After treatment, you may have mild swelling or redness for a day. Neocollagenesis takes several weeks until you see visible changes in the health and appearance of your skin. For the best results, schedule follow-up sessions every four to six weeks. Many patients receive three to six treatments to achieve their goals.

How often should I get this treatment?​
​There is little downtime with microchanneling. We recommend once every month, or every other month based on your skin goals.

How many treatments are recommended?​
The number of recommended treatments can vary significantly depending on what we are treating. For light anti-aging treatments, 1-2 sessions can be adequate. For deeper wrinkles and acne scarring, a more intensive approach with 4-6 treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired results. There is no limit to the number of treatments you can receive.

What areas can be treated?​
Microchanneling can treat all areas of the body. Our client's most commonly request face, neck & chest for anti-aging, but we can also treat the abdomon and thigh area for stretch marks as well as surgical scars.

What are the Contraindications?​​
If you have any underlying condition that significantly impairs your immune system, it is a good idea to avoid microchanneling. Examples include but are not limited to active radiation or chemotherapy, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic inflammatory skin disease, Accutane in the past 2 years, hemophilia or similar bleeding disorder. Also anyone with stainless steel allergies should not do this treatment. We also discourage treatments for those who are pregnant or nursing.
