Not sure if I have had the pleasure of meeting all our lovely clients, my name is Nicolette and I am the owner of Ozean, formerly GLB Medispa.
This is my personal journey and why I decided to incorporate EMS training into our Spa. We are all so time poor but have the best intentions to try and be healthy, fit and happy. Turning 53 changed a few things in my life, realizing I wasn't as strong as I needed to be, that my muscles felt weaker and my body was changing. I also don't particularly enjoy exercising and have tried boxing, swimming, weight training, Pilates, basically everything. EMS has changed my view on exercise and my own body. I am still a "work in progress" but I feel confident and strong and ready to enjoy my 50's looking fit.
My advice, and its difficult to follow, even for myself but take that time to care for your own wellbeing. It adds so much to your mental and physical wellness. My routine includes 2 x a week EMS training and I have my facial once a month. Incorporate a little YOU time into your week.
